Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise the front-of-house team to ensure professional, friendly, and efficient guest service
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints personally to ensure immediate resolution
• Lead, mentor, and train new team members on service standards, menu knowledge, and POS operation
• Manage FOH duty schedules to ensure adequate staffing for all shifts
• Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes for beverages, disposables, and service items
• Place stock orders and monitor usage, wastage, and shortages
• Submit daily sales reports and assist with cash and POS reconciliation
• Enforce hygiene, grooming, and compliance with HACCP and Dubai Municipality regulations

Requirements

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a premium restaurant or café
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on management approach
• Proven knowledge of stock management, ordering procedures, and reporting
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
• Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude
