Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
• Lead, train, and motivate the service team to uphold Noren’s service standards
• Support the Restaurant Manager in managing staff schedules and operational planning
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and service recovery with professionalism
• Ensure the dining area is always clean, organized, and guest-ready
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless communication
• Monitor table turnover, reservations, and seating flow
• Uphold hygiene, safety, and brand standards at all times
• Assist in onboarding and training new team members during the pre-opening phase

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Supervisor or Senior Waiter in a premium or modern dining restaurant
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent understanding of service standards and guest engagement
• Experience in pre-opening environments is an advantage
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a team-first mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
