About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement assigned Product/Service Quality or Cleanliness & Sanitation (C&S) programs
- Execute crew management activities to support restaurant operations
- Manage cost management activities to assist in achieving business goals
- Oversee the operations of assigned packaged programs
- Assist the Restaurant General Manager and Store Management Team in achieving store business objectives
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- At least 1 year of experience as a Team Leader in the food or retail industry
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Ability to work variable schedules, including holidays and varying workweeks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High energy level and a results-oriented, self-driven mindset
