Restaurant Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise hotel restaurant operations and support shifts
• Greet guests and respond to queries or concerns in a timely manner
• Assist the Manager with food and beverage inventory and scheduling
• Monitor cash flow and settle outstanding bills
• Expedite orders and communicate effectively with culinary and kitchen teams
• Review customer surveys to implement service improvements
• Assist in training and mentoring new associates
• Report technical issues and maintenance needs

Requirements

• Keen eye for detail and strong time management skills
• Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant demeanor
• Ability to work as a team player and independently
• Physical mobility and stamina to handle restaurant demands
• Ability to work flexible hours and meet high-performance standards
• Supervising experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
