Restaurant Server

Responsibilities

• Provide guests with quality service and memorable dining experiences across various restaurant formats.
• Operate POS systems and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Follow food handling and hygiene guidelines to maintain safety and quality.
• Maintain clean, tidy, and organized workstations.
• Manage guest flow and queuing areas to ensure smooth operations.
• Address guest inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
• Perform duties specific to assigned areas, including quick service, outdoor vending, or table service.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Full-time availability required, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Proficiency in English, Cantonese, or Mandarin.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items when needed.
• Strong guest service mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work at various locations within the resort, including outdoor areas.

Preferred Qualifications

• F5 or Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management.
• Relevant working experience in a hotel or similar hospitality capacity.
• Previous experience as a cashier.
• Ability to speak, read, and write in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
