Restaurant Server

Responsibilities

• Act as an engaging ambassador for The Hive, providing exceptional guest experiences through expert menu knowledge.
• Follow all established steps of service to ensure efficient and cheerful food and beverage delivery.
• Maintain deep knowledge of menu ingredients, wine pairings, specialty cocktails, and beer lists to drive sales.
• Manage service station stocking and complete all assigned side work to maintain a clean, orderly environment.
• Ensure accurate reporting of all income received during shifts and follow proper sanitation guidelines.
• Prioritize tasks effectively to exceed guest expectations in a fast-paced dining environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills with English fluency.
• Proficiency with POS systems and basic math skills.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods, carry service trays, and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience working in an upscale dining environment.
