Restaurant Reservations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Answer multi-line phone systems and provide guest information on resort activities
• Offer exceptional, friendly, and engaging service to all guests
• Maximize revenue through suggestive selling techniques and dining recommendations
• Book restaurant reservation requests and facilitate guest room delivery orders
• Accurately input data into reservation and property systems
• Maintain extensive knowledge of the hotel premises and dining outlets

Requirements

• Guest-focused personality with excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in English; multilingual skills are a plus
• Experience with point of sale systems and booking platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel
• Strong multitasking, time-management, and organizational skills
• Ability to resolve issues with a customer-focused orientation
