Restaurant Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead overall operations of the Swedish Restaurant and Co-worker restaurant
• Manage kitchen productions, cashiering, dishwashing, and dining cleaning services
• Implement the range matrix to secure a strong IKEA Food range identity
• Collaborate with Communication & Interior Design and Marketing for in-store activities
• Recruit and develop teams based on IKEA values
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational performance through KPIs
• Ensure compliance with IKEA Quality, Food Safety requirements, and local legislation

Requirements

• Solid background in food service management, preferably in high-volume environments
• Strong knowledge of the culinary or food service industry
• Proven leadership abilities and experience motivating co-workers
• Essential experience in retail and merchandising
• Customer-focused and analytical mindset
• Ability to work weekends, shift hours, and public holidays
