Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth customer service
• Handle customer feedback, quality assurance, and service process development
• Monitor sales, set targets, and report to management
• Manage inventory, conduct stocktakes, and minimize waste in collaboration with the kitchen
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety requirements and maintain necessary permits
• Participate in menu planning, campaigns, and event execution

Requirements

• Previous experience in the restaurant industry or similar responsible roles
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate staff
• Customer-oriented approach and high stress tolerance
• Strong organizational skills and basic financial literacy to track sales and costs
• Valid hygiene and alcohol service permits
• Proficiency in Finnish; English skills are an advantage
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
