About the role

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth customer service

  • Monitor sales, set targets, and report to management
  • Manage inventory, conduct stocktakes, and minimize waste in collaboration with the kitchen

Requirements

  • Customer-oriented approach and high stress tolerance

  • Valid hygiene and alcohol service permits
  • Proficiency in Finnish; English skills are an advantage
