About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth customer service
- Handle customer feedback, quality assurance, and service process development
- Monitor sales, set targets, and report to management
- Manage inventory, conduct stocktakes, and minimize waste in collaboration with the kitchen
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety requirements and maintain necessary permits
- Participate in menu planning, campaigns, and event execution
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry or similar responsible roles
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to motivate staff
- Customer-oriented approach and high stress tolerance
- Strong organizational skills and basic financial literacy to track sales and costs
- Valid hygiene and alcohol service permits
- Proficiency in Finnish; English skills are an advantage
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
