Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and service execution
- Coach, train, and motivate Front of House (FOH) teams
- Maintain strong labor and operational controls
- Support guest satisfaction and resolve issues proactively
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and service standards are consistently maintained
- Help create a positive, upbeat, and accountable team culture
Requirements
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Strong floor presence and leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Passion for hospitality, food, beverage, and guest experience
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
