About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head Coach on hiring, onboarding, and training
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of trust and recognition
- Uphold high standards for food safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
- Ensure a clean, hospitable, and brand-aligned guest journey
- Manage controllable costs and execute schedules to drive sales
- Support daily operations and troubleshoot system issues
- Perform essential functions of Shift Leader, Kitchen Lead, and Team Member roles
Requirements
- 2+ years in a restaurant management or supervisory role
- Experience managing and developing 6+ team members per shift
- Food Handler or ServSafe certification
- Ability to meet all physical requirements for restaurant roles
- Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in fast casual restaurant chains
- Hands-on experience with local, organic, and sustainable products
- Familiarity with operational and scheduling tech tools
- Proven leadership and problem-solving skills
