Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the guest experience in The Falls Restaurant, private dining rooms, lounge, and room service.
- Foster a culture of passion for food and wine among all department associates.
- Manage departmental operations to the highest hygiene and operating standards.
- Achieve financial budget targets for food and wine sales across all outlets.
- Oversee service staff and supervisors during service periods.
- Lead staff induction, ongoing training, and professional development for the team.
- Manage departmental stock, inventory, and the maintenance of equipment, crockery, and linen.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a similar management role.
- 3-5 years of fine dining managerial experience.
- Proven track record of leading Food & Beverage teams.
- Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland.
