Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage the guest experience in The Falls Restaurant, private dining rooms, lounge, and room service.
• Foster a culture of passion for food and wine among all department associates.
• Manage departmental operations to the highest hygiene and operating standards.
• Achieve financial budget targets for food and wine sales across all outlets.
• Oversee service staff and supervisors during service periods.
• Lead staff induction, ongoing training, and professional development for the team.
• Manage departmental stock, inventory, and the maintenance of equipment, crockery, and linen.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a similar management role.
• 3-5 years of fine dining managerial experience.
• Proven track record of leading Food & Beverage teams.
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Must have the legal right to live and work in Ireland.
