Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of The Dose Kitchen flagship outlet, ensuring high service standards and brand integrity.
• Manage the front of house team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Oversee commercial performance by managing P&L, food costs, beverage costs, and labor.
• Ensure full compliance with Dubai Municipality, food safety, and HACCP requirements.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and guest experience.
• Manage POS systems (Foodics) for daily transactions, menu accuracy, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure speed, quality, and consistency of service.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE.
• Experience in premium, wellness, or high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L, food costs, and labor.
• Proficiency with POS systems (Foodics experience is a strong advantage).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, and functional nutrition.
