Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of The Dose Kitchen flagship outlet, ensuring high service standards and brand integrity.
• Manage front of house teams, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Oversee commercial performance by managing P&L, food costs, beverage costs, and labor.
• Maintain strict compliance with Dubai Municipality, food safety, and HACCP requirements.
• Manage Foodics POS operations, including menu accuracy and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Drive guest satisfaction by handling escalations and maintaining premium hospitality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience in the UAE.
• Experience in premium, wellness, or high-volume hospitality environments.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L and food/labor costs.
• Proficiency with POS systems (Foodics experience is highly preferred).
• Fluent English communication skills.
• A genuine interest in health, wellness, and functional nutrition.
