  • Manage Room Service during breakfast and lunch in coordination with the Maitre D' Hotel

  • Make strategic decisions to enhance the guest experience
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate staff including Assistant Maitre D' Hotel, Assistant Sommelier, Senior Waiters, Waiters, and Service Utilities
