Responsibilities
- Oversee all food and beverage service functions at Solis
- Manage Room Service during breakfast and lunch in coordination with the Maitre D' Hotel
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction and team morale
- Maintain strong working relationships with the Chef de Cuisine
- Make strategic decisions to enhance the guest experience
- Supervise, train, and evaluate staff including Assistant Maitre D' Hotel, Assistant Sommelier, Senior Waiters, Waiters, and Service Utilities
