Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Monitor food quality and customer service standards in compliance with brand guidelines
• Lead, train, supervise, and assess employee performance
• Prepare staff schedules and organize working hours based on operational requirements
• Monitor sales performance and work towards achieving operational and financial goals
• Oversee inventory management and supply orders while minimizing waste
• Handle customer complaints professionally to enhance the guest experience
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards
• Prepare daily and weekly operational and sales reports
• Lead the team during peak hours to ensure fast and accurate service

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in managing burger or fast-food restaurants
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, sales systems, and inventory management
• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in using POS systems and operational reporting tools
• Good knowledge of food safety standards and Balady municipality regulations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in achieving KPIs and driving sales growth
