- Foster a positive work culture and manage employee performance through coaching and evaluations.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and creatively to ensure exceptional service.
- Implement restaurant plans and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage daily restaurant operations and oversee staff.
- Experience in maintaining food safety, cash handling, and inventory controls.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (specifically Word and Excel) and POS systems.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold team members accountable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 lbs.
- Availability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
