Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations and uphold brand standards
• Act as manager on duty, including opening and closing the restaurant
• Manage cash handling and ensure financial accountability
• Direct crewmembers during shifts and provide exemplary customer service
• Enforce company policies, safety standards, and cleanliness protocols
• Utilize required tools, forms, and logs to document results and take corrective action
• Authorize employee functions such as discounts, promotions, and timeclock overrides

Requirements

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work varied shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment involving physical exertion (standing, walking, lifting, and bending)

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
