Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the smooth running of the food & beverage department to ensure high-level guest service
• Proactively improve guest satisfaction and respond to enquiries
• Deliver on food & beverage initiatives and hotel targets
• Manage the food & beverage team and foster a culture of growth and performance
• Oversee the departmental budget, controlling costs, inventory, and productivity
• Build and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders
• Implement programmes to advance service standards, profitability, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits

Requirements

• Proven experience in food & beverage service
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Strong managerial skills with a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
• Commitment to exceptional guest service and passion for hospitality
• Ability to find creative solutions and offer recommendations
• Proficiency in using various IT platforms
• Strong communication skills
