About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the smooth operation of the restaurant to ensure high-level guest experiences
- Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort by responding to requests promptly
- Contribute to achieving departmental economic and quality objectives
- Lead the service team by promoting a culture of growth, development, and performance
- Manage the departmental budget, including cost and stock control and productivity levels
- Build and maintain productive working relationships with all departments and collaborators
- Improve service standards, profitability, and cost control
- Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations
Requirements
- Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B)
- Strong managerial skills with a hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
- Ability to work autonomously with dynamism and flexibility
- Strong problem-solving skills and creative solution finding
- Proficiency with IT systems
- Professional integrity and seriousness
