Responsibilities

  • Support the smooth operation of the restaurant to ensure high-level guest experiences
  • Proactively improve guest satisfaction and comfort by responding to requests promptly
  • Contribute to achieving departmental economic and quality objectives
  • Lead the service team by promoting a culture of growth, development, and performance
  • Manage the departmental budget, including cost and stock control and productivity levels
  • Build and maintain productive working relationships with all departments and collaborators
  • Improve service standards, profitability, and cost control
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and hygiene regulations

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Food & Beverage (F&B)
  • Strong managerial skills with a hands-on leadership style
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Ability to work autonomously with dynamism and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative solution finding
  • Proficiency with IT systems
  • Professional integrity and seriousness
