Responsibilities

Assist in the smooth running of the restaurant to ensure high levels of food and beverage service
Lead and collaborate with the team to maximize guest satisfaction and resolve enquiries
Support business strategies and take ownership of assigned areas of responsibility
Deputize for the Head of Department in their absence
Foster a culture of growth, development, and performance within the team
Control departmental inventory and costs to attain target productivity levels
Build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Deliver departmental programmes to advance service standards and profitability
Ensure adherence to all legislation and due diligence requirements for audits
