Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Manager in the daily operation of the Restaurant, Bar, and Meetings & Events outlets
• Oversee service quality to ensure a high level of guest service and guest experience
• Lead, coach, motivate, and develop the Food & Beverage team
• Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene procedures, and brand standards
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally
• Coordinate the preparation and setup of meeting rooms and event spaces
• Review, improve, and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Support menu development, promotions, and Food & Beverage initiatives
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• Strong leadership skills to train and motivate teams
• Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
