Restaurant Manager (QSR)

Responsibilities

• Oversee successful restaurant operations by leading and developing the team to ensure high standards are implemented throughout
• Work closely with the host/hostess to ensure guests receive a warm welcome and support the floor during busy periods
• Maintain professional relationships with guests and resolve any issues in a prompt and effective manner
• Establish a close working relationship with the kitchen and liaise with the chef regarding menu changes and presentations
• Ensure food and beverage is served and cleared according to established standards and sequence of service
• Control food and beverage inventory and maintain stock levels

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in full-service restaurant management
• Proven ability in team leadership and staff development
• Strong skills in inventory control and stock management
• Excellent guest relations and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience working within the UAE is preferred
