Responsibilities
- Support the Operating Partner in ensuring restaurant and golf operations meet service, sales, and profit objectives
- Supervise and direct staff in daily work activities and perform opening/closing procedures
- Adhere to company standards to increase sales and minimize food, beverage, supply, and labor costs
- Provide direction and training to ensure team members execute at the highest level for guest experience
- Assist with hiring, supervision, scheduling, and employee orientation
- Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and maintain cleanliness of restaurant and golf areas
- Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and local laws
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all employees to foster high morale
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of Restaurant Management/Supervision in a high-volume environment
- ServSafe certification
- Proficiency in food planning, preparation, purchasing, sanitation, and personnel management
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks including food, beverage, and labor costs
- Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in hotel/restaurant management
- Ability to learn golf course maintenance and staffing functions
