Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service.
- Manage the restaurant's financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and budget control.
- Drive customer service excellence by motivating the team and resolving conflicts professionally.
- Manage talent through hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
- Execute national and local marketing promotions and sales development strategies.
- Ensure compliance with legal directives, health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors.
- Proven experience in managing P&L and personnel.
- Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor.
- Ability to drive operational excellence and team motivation.
