About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service
- Manage restaurant financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and labor budgets
- Direct and mentor the management team and staff through clear communication and task delegation
- Ensure compliance with legal directives, food hygiene, and health and safety standards
- Drive customer satisfaction by resolving conflicts and maintaining high service standards
- Manage talent acquisition, performance reviews, training, and succession planning
- Execute national and local marketing promotions and sales development strategies
Requirements
- 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors
- Proven experience in P&L management and personnel management
- Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor
- Ability to drive operational excellence and team motivation
