About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service
  • Manage restaurant financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and labor budgets
  • Direct and mentor the management team and staff through clear communication and task delegation
  • Ensure compliance with legal directives, food hygiene, and health and safety standards
  • Drive customer satisfaction by resolving conflicts and maintaining high service standards
  • Manage talent acquisition, performance reviews, training, and succession planning
  • Execute national and local marketing promotions and sales development strategies

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors
  • Proven experience in P&L management and personnel management
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and team motivation
