Founded in 1972 in Louisiana, Popeyes is famous for its iconic Cajun-spiced fried chicken. With over 5,000 restaurants worldwide, we are on a mission to open nearly 250 new restaurants and shared kitchens in the coming years, expanding our presence significantly in France.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational excellence regarding cleanliness, safety, freshness, and speed of service.
  • Manage financial planning, including P&L, food costs, waste, and budget control.
  • Drive customer service excellence by motivating the team and resolving conflicts professionally.
  • Manage talent through hiring, training, performance reviews, and succession planning.
  • Execute national and local marketing promotions and sales development strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with legal directives, health, safety, and food hygiene standards.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience as a Manager in fast food or retail sectors.
  • Proven experience in P&L management and staff supervision.
  • Strong leadership, proactivity, and rigor.
  • Ability to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
