Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Independent commercial and operational management of your restaurant location
• Responsibility for budget creation, compliance, and reporting
• Demand planning and ordering processes
• Personnel management for approximately 50 employees, including recruitment, roster creation, and training/further education

Requirements

• Several years of experience in a leadership position
• Gastronomy experience is preferred, but career changers are welcome
• Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong service orientation and ability to work in a team
• High level of commitment and temporal flexibility
