Responsibilities
- Lead the F&B team at Eau Zone to deliver exceptional service and create memorable guest experiences.
- Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Supervise, lead, and motivate staff to maintain the highest professional standards.
- Ensure all service is delivered in accordance with established standard operating procedures.
- Manage relationships with high-profile and diverse clientele, anticipating their needs with precision and warmth.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in an upscale 5-star hotel or resort environment.
- Proven experience working in a Specialty Restaurant setting.
- Strong background in managing busy, high-volume restaurant operations.
- Experience interacting with high-profile and diverse international clientele.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a multicultural team in a challenging environment.
