About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure quality of customer service and create excellent customer experiences
- Execute tasks according to the restaurant concept
- Monitor sales and profitability and meet local sales and service targets
- Maintain restaurant safety, hygiene, and quality requirements
- Manage orders, inventory, and material management in cooperation with the kitchen and purchasing managers
- Onboard and motivate staff
Requirements
- Previous experience in the restaurant industry or as a shift manager/similar responsible role
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented, solution-focused, and proactive work attitude
- Good oral and written skills in Finnish and English
- Hygiene passport and alcohol passport are advantageous
