Responsibilities

• Daily management of service staff to ensure professional and friendly service

• Collaborating with the Head Chef to coordinate flow and quality
• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness standards
• Handling payments and daily sales reporting
• Managing daily administrative tasks and reporting to management

Requirements

• Experience in the restaurant industry, preferably in a leadership or senior role
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and maintain overview
• Structured, proactive, and good at prioritizing
• Ability to motivate the team through clear communication
• Strong focus on guest experience and quality
• Financial understanding with a focus on revenue and costs
