About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team during daily operations
- Create memorable guest experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top hospitality talent
- Plan staffing and schedules to balance guest experience and business needs
- Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service standards
- Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys
- Follow up on budgets, forecasts, staffing costs, and key performance indicators
- Drive a positive and engaging workplace culture
Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or events
- Strong passion for service and guest experiences
- Ability to motivate, engage, and develop others
- Structured and solution-oriented mindset
- Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Scandinavian language proficiency
- Experience working with PMI
