About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and inspire the front-of-house team during daily operations
  • Create memorable guest experiences that drive satisfaction and loyalty
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop top hospitality talent
  • Plan staffing and schedules to balance guest experience and business needs
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to service standards
  • Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver seamless guest journeys
  • Follow up on budgets, forecasts, staffing costs, and key performance indicators
  • Drive a positive and engaging workplace culture

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of leadership experience within hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or events
  • Strong passion for service and guest experiences
  • Ability to motivate, engage, and develop others
  • Structured and solution-oriented mindset
  • Confidence in making decisions and taking ownership
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluent English skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Scandinavian language proficiency
  • Experience working with PMI
