Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide high level customer service and promote a fine dining atmosphere
• Interview, coach, train, and develop dining room team members
• Coordinate scheduling for all front of the house team members
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on operational compliance and systems
• Manage POS functions through eMenu Choice software
• Coordinate and lead special events, sales, and marketing events
• Establish connections with new residents to ensure satisfaction with meal service
• Assist with pre-meal stand-up meetings for dining and kitchen teams
• Build positive relationships with team members and residents

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 5 years of dining room or restaurant wait staff experience
• Previous management or team leadership experience
• Working knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards
• Ability to manage budgets including food, supplies, and labor
• Experience in banquets or special event planning
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work varied schedules including weekends, evenings, and holidays
