Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily shifts, including opening and closing.
• Drive sales and repeat business by building rapport with guests and maintaining high service standards.
• Manage costs by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and minimizing waste.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing team members while communicating clear job expectations.
• Maintain restaurant ambiance by controlling lighting, music, and the quality of service and presentation.
• Ensure a safe and healthy environment by enforcing sanitation standards and complying with all legal regulations.
• Monitor employee performance through ongoing feedback, formal reviews, and necessary disciplinary actions.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-service management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of delivering results in a complex, fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to build strong teams and set clear goals.
• Valid Allergen, Sanitation, and ServSafe Certifications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
