Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day front-of-house operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences and smooth shift transitions.
• Drive sales and repeat business by building rapport with guests and maintaining high service standards.
• Manage restaurant costs by monitoring expenditures, identifying variances, and minimizing waste.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop high-performing team members while communicating clear job expectations.
• Maintain restaurant ambiance by controlling lighting, music, and the quality of service elements.
• Ensure compliance with all sanitation standards, legal regulations, and company policies to maintain a safe environment.
• Monitor and document employee performance through regular feedback and formal reviews.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of full-service management experience in a high-volume restaurant environment.
• Proven track record of delivering results in complex, fast-paced settings.
• Demonstrated leadership capability with the ability to build strong teams and set clear goals.
• Valid Allergen, Sanitation, and ServSafe Certifications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
