Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in staff development, maximizing profitability, and maintaining Bottleneck culture
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them advance within the company
• Foster an environment of inclusion and unity while leading by example with a guest-first mentality
• Assist in executing financial strategies to achieve sales growth and manage cost controls (COGS, labor, and supplies)
• Oversee operational systems including POS, scheduling, and reservation tools
• Ensure all company deadlines, protocols, and safety policies are met

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills, specifically regarding scheduling and invoice processing
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
• Physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work at various Atlanta-area locations as required
