About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in staff development, maximizing profitability, and maintaining Bottleneck culture
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them advance within the company
- Foster an environment of inclusion and unity while leading by example with a guest-first mentality
- Assist in executing financial strategies to achieve sales growth and manage cost controls (COGS, labor, and supplies)
- Oversee operational systems including POS, scheduling, and reservation tools
- Ensure all company deadlines, protocols, and safety policies are met
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills, specifically regarding scheduling and invoice processing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
- Physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work at various Atlanta-area locations as required
