Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in driving profitability, staff development, and maintaining high operational standards
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth and career advancement
• Promote Bottleneck Management culture and philosophies through a "lead by example" approach
• Assist with financial controls, including cost of goods sold, labor management, and sales forecasting
• Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective use of systems such as POS, scheduling, and Open Table
• Maintain a guest-first mentality to build customer loyalty and ensure high-quality service

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
• Strong organizational skills, particularly in scheduling and heavy traffic planning
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
• Physical ability to stand for full shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
