About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in driving profitability, staff development, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to foster professional growth and internal advancement.
- Execute financial strategies to achieve sales growth and manage cost controls, including labor and COGS.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company protocols, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain a guest-first mentality by leading by example and reinforcing the importance of guest loyalty.
- Manage operational systems including POS, scheduling, and reservation platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience.
- Strong organizational skills, particularly in scheduling and heavy traffic planning.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to stand for a full shift and work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including weekends.
