Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in staff development, maximizing profitability, and maintaining Bottleneck culture
• Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them advance within the company
• Foster an environment of inclusion and unity while leading by example with a guest-first mentality
• Assist in executing financial strategies, including cost of goods sold, labor, and supply controls
• Use sales forecasting to help the location budget weekly, monthly, and quarterly expenses
• Oversee operational systems including POS, HRIS, scheduling, and reservation tools
• Ensure all company deadlines, protocols, and policies are met consistently

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills regarding scheduling, invoice processing, and high-traffic planning
• Ability to stand for a full shift and lift at least 50 pounds
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise and varying temperatures
