About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in staff development, maximizing profitability, and maintaining Bottleneck culture
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to help them advance within the company
- Foster an environment of inclusion and unity while leading by example with a guest-first mentality
- Assist in executing financial strategies, including cost of goods sold, labor, and supply controls
- Use sales forecasting to help the location budget weekly, monthly, and quarterly expenses
- Oversee operational systems including POS, HRIS, scheduling, and reservation tools
- Ensure all company deadlines, protocols, and policies are met consistently
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills regarding scheduling, invoice processing, and high-traffic planning
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with loud noise and varying temperatures
