About the role
Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager in fueling staff development and maximizing profitability
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to advance within the company
- Promote Bottleneck Management philosophies, culture, and operational standards
- Assist in executing strategies for sales growth and cost controls, including labor and COGS
- Oversee operational systems such as POS, scheduling, and Open Table
- Maintain a guest-first mentality and lead by example to create guest loyalty
- Ensure all company deadlines, protocols, and policies are met
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant management and people leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills, specifically in scheduling and heavy traffic planning
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends
- Ability to stand for full shifts and lift at least 50 pounds
- Experience with complex operating processes and hospitality technology
