Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Main responsibility for the F&B outlet THE ROOF, including leadership, motivation, and development of the team
• Continuous development of THE ROOF to establish it as a city hotspot
• Development and implementation of service standards and subsequent quality control
• Achieving guest satisfaction goals
• Co-responsibility for the F&B budget and cost regulation
• Participation in F&B and department head meetings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training in hospitality or restaurant management
• Relevant leadership experience
• Guest-oriented mindset and passion for working with people
• Strong communication and expression skills
• Solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Good German language skills (minimum B2/C1)
• Proficient English skills
