Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the operation of the new Fine Dining Restaurant, building an experience based on excellence, precision, and elegance
• Attract, select, inspire, and lead high-performance teams, fostering a culture of passion for service and attention to detail
• Ensure impeccable execution of the highest standards of quality, service, presentation, and food safety
• Guarantee operational efficiency, profitability, and consistency in delivering a memorable gastronomic experience
• Develop a team oriented toward continuous improvement and personalized service
• Seek innovation and best practices from the luxury and fine dining market

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining restaurants, or Michelin-standard operations
• Experience in team leadership
• Knowledge of gastronomy, wines, and high-standard service techniques
• Higher education in Hospitality, Administration, Tourism, or related fields
• Fluent English (will be tested)
• Italian and/or other languages are considered a plus
