As a proud member of Relais & Châteaux, we offer a diverse culinary experience across three restaurants with a total of 100 seats, focusing on professionalism, attention to detail, and a friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the restaurant (approx. 90 seats)
• Supervise and participate operationally in restaurant and banquet service
• Drive revenue growth by ensuring high-quality service
• Contribute to the development of various projects
• Ensure efficient workflows through proactive staff scheduling for a team of approximately 10 people
• Foster team spirit and a calm working atmosphere
• Implement training and motivate the team, including apprentices and interns
• Handle various administrative tasks and manage the wine cellar

Requirements

• Completed training as a restaurant specialist or hospitality school graduate
• Proven leadership experience and high management competence
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a host mentality
• Team player and leadership personality
• Entrepreneurial thinking and cost awareness
• Resilience and flexibility
• Native or very good German language skills
• Good English skills; French is an advantage
