About the role
Responsibilities
- Guarantee service quality and revenue development for the Fouquet's restaurant
- Ensure successful operations and meet service and welcome quality commitments
- Manage reservations, disputes, and maintain contact with regular clients
- Adapt staff schedules based on business activity
- Supervise, lead, plan, and control all dining room personnel
- Ensure application of Groupe Barrière standard procedures
- Supervise the development of food and beverage menus and cards
- Train and welcome new employees
- Act as a Public Relations figure for the point of sale, prioritizing Club members
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Restaurant Director in a traditional restaurant
- Strong passion for gastronomy and customer sensitivity
- Proficiency in English is indispensable
- Knowledge of Micros software is desired
- A third language is a plus
