Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and correct employees while maintaining a positive atmosphere
• Assist in interviewing, selection, training, and retention of staff
• Produce weekly schedules based on budget and forecasted numbers
• Oversee financial success and profitability of the operation
• Conduct daily inspections of restaurant and equipment for health and safety compliance
• Manage inventory and purchase food and supplies
• Ensure customer satisfaction with all aspects of the dining experience

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a food service environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Knowledge of purchasing, scheduling, and payroll systems
• Strong leadership, supervisory, and delegation skills
• Ability to work under stressful circumstances and manage difficult situations
• Proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

• Hospitality management related degree
