Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Organize and supervise various points of sale, including the restaurant, bar, and seminar rooms
• Manage, motivate, and coach the service team and seasonal staff to ensure high-quality service
• Drive sales growth through upselling techniques and commercial action plans
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a warm welcome and maintaining high service standards
• Oversee operational tasks such as cash control, inventory management, and supplier orders
• Guarantee compliance with hygiene and safety regulations
• Coordinate seminar room operations and events in collaboration with kitchen and reception teams
• Analyze results and implement corrective actions to meet departmental objectives

Requirements

• Strong leadership and team management skills with a coaching mindset
• Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational abilities
• Proven track record in customer service excellence and commercial development
• Fluency in English; proficiency in a third language is a plus
• Deep knowledge of and passion for French products
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Methodical, rigorous, and proactive approach to problem-solving
