Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation of Albie, leading from the front and setting the tone for service, culture and standards
• Build, develop and inspire a high-performing front-of-house team through coaching, clear communication and regular feedback
• Work in close partnership with the kitchen and senior F&B leadership to ensure smooth service and consistent delivery
• Manage labour, rotas and payroll in line with budget
• Own the guest journey end-to-end, proactively handling feedback
• Oversee training, onboarding and performance management
• Monitor financial performance, stock levels and compliance
• Act as an Albie ambassador within the hotel, collaborating with events, sales and wider Hoxton teams

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Deputy in a high-volume, premium environment
• Strong people leadership skills with a track record of building motivated teams
• Commercial awareness including managing labour, costs and operational KPIs
• Confident decision-maker who remains calm under pressure
• Flexible to work a rotating schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Fluent in English
• Passionate about hospitality and service
