About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure maximum floor presence during service to supervise teams and guarantee service fluidity
  • Lead daily briefings and debriefings and participate in weekly management meetings
  • Optimize staff schedules, manage cash registers, timesheets, and online ordering platforms
  • Implement action plans from internal and external audits and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
  • Promote beer culture and the 3 Brasseurs concept to stimulate sales and customer loyalty
  • Ensure excellence in beer service standards, including draught quality and glassware cleanliness
  • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new employees
  • Monitor financial ratios such as labor, food, and beer costs to optimize revenue
  • Manage inventories, cash balancing, and operational financial data accuracy

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
  • Experience in a microbrewery environment is an asset
  • Strong business sense and coaching skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex and difficult situations effectively
  • Strong relationship-building skills with employees and customers
