About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure maximum floor presence during service to supervise teams and guarantee service fluidity
- Lead daily briefings and debriefings and participate in weekly management meetings
- Optimize staff schedules, manage cash registers, timesheets, and online ordering platforms
- Implement action plans from internal and external audits and maintain cleanliness of dining areas
- Promote beer culture and the 3 Brasseurs concept to stimulate sales and customer loyalty
- Ensure excellence in beer service standards, including draught quality and glassware cleanliness
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new employees
- Monitor financial ratios such as labor, food, and beer costs to optimize revenue
- Manage inventories, cash balancing, and operational financial data accuracy
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of management experience in the restaurant industry
- Experience in a microbrewery environment is an asset
- Strong business sense and coaching skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage complex and difficult situations effectively
- Strong relationship-building skills with employees and customers
