About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise floor service and ensure an irreproachable customer experience
- Lead, train, and develop the service team
- Contribute to recruitment, scheduling, and administrative follow-ups
- Act as a brand ambassador through commercial animations and marketing strategy
- Monitor financial flows, manage bar and kitchen stocks/inventories, and analyze financial results
- Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of management experience in high-volume hospitality or restaurant environments
- Solid experience in floor supervision
- Strong foundations in administrative and financial management
- Excellent communication skills in French and ability to express oneself in English
- Proven leadership and ability to coach and motivate staff
- Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
