About the role

Responsibilities

  • Supervise floor service and ensure an irreproachable customer experience
  • Lead, train, and develop the service team
  • Contribute to recruitment, scheduling, and administrative follow-ups
  • Act as a brand ambassador through commercial animations and marketing strategy
  • Monitor financial flows, manage bar and kitchen stocks/inventories, and analyze financial results
  • Ensure restaurant cleanliness and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of management experience in high-volume hospitality or restaurant environments
  • Solid experience in floor supervision
  • Strong foundations in administrative and financial management
  • Excellent communication skills in French and ability to express oneself in English
  • Proven leadership and ability to coach and motivate staff
  • Ability to work varied shifts including days, evenings, and weekends
